     The author of The Hijacking of American Education: How Cancel Culture and Critical Race Theory Destroyed Our Educational System, Bob is the only teacher to have successfully waged war on the teachers' unions, public school officials, and town bureaucrats as an advocate for better schools. In addition, he has spoken before the grassroots organization Moms for Liberty in Florida as well as members of Florida’s legislative body and local school board on issues regarding our public schools and libraries.

     His namesake “Carabina” has been widely associated with firearms. During the Mexican Revolution of 1910, Pancho Villa and his army waived their rifles as they rode into combat shouting the popular battle cry, “Carabina.treinta.treinta” (“Carabina.30.30”). The 30-30 carbine was a Winchester model rifle used by Villa’s army during the war.
